The master distributor will conduct due diligence before shipping your orders. The cases where the license is under renewal, the distributor may ask for a renewal certificate issued by the licensing authority or any other document to the satisfaction of the billing distributor. The No objection certificate (NOC) and transport licences (TL) as applicable are subject to transactions between dealer and distributor. 

No, Expression of Interest (EOI) and bookings are bound to your license number and shall match your government identifications like GST documents. You will not be able to transfer your bookings to someone else.

The master distributor or its affiliates will acknowledge the receipt of advance payment against the payment advice letter, and you may also expect an email from Werywin Defence acknowledging your payment to the distributor. The order once dispatched will be intimated by the distributor. 

The payment terms are 100% advance 30-45 days from expected order delivery dates. The dealers are advised to pay the amount due to the master distributor, or its affiliates as mentioned on the ‘Payment Advice Letter (PAL)’ received through email.

Your expression of interest will only be marked as confirmed once we receive the signed AoQ along with the necessary documents. AoQ not signed and returned timely are liable to cancellation and allocation to next customer.

No, Werywin Defence will bill dealers through master distributor M/s. Sartaj Armoury or its affiliates. Your acceptance of quote document emailed to you will identify the billing distributor and you will be transacting with the distributor.

No, this is an expression of interest (EOI) which helps us allocate adequate capacity to your order but, the same EOI will be converted to bookings after some time and the order will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis according to EOI submitted by you. The earlier you order, the more likelihood of an allocation to your order.

The best way to do this will be to place 2 separate EOI, submit your first EOI and wait to receive the AoQ, sign and stamp the AoQ and return it back to originating email. Please send an email to mailer@werywin.com requesting the generation of a new quote for the quantities desired and our sales team will generate a new AoQ. A dealer may have multiple AoQ into our system and we will consider them as separate orders.

Acceptance of Quote (AoQ) is a customer confirmation that he intends to buy Werywin Defence product and contains information including customer details, model chosen, estimated price and billing master distributor. You need to sign and stamp the AoQ and return it by email to confirm your acceptance.

We have tried our best to keep the protection affordable, the price of the product depends upon model chosen and will be shared by Werywin sales team through an email containing ‘Acceptance of Quote (AoQ)’ document. The dealer price is a special price having adequate margins to support dealer sales operations.

The webpage does not have quantity restrictions as of now but please be reasonable in ordering quantities as per your license quota. We recommend choosing quantities in multiples of 5 for ease of shipping and logistics as our wholesale packaging unit (WPU) contains 5 pieces of each firearm model. Any quantities not in multiple of 5 will be adjusted to WPU capacity on the lower side.

Yes, you may use the option of ‘Express Interest’ and choose the category ‘Dealer’ from the left side of the webpage and express your interest by choosing multiple models and quantities. Please choose the category ‘Handguns’ to express interest in revolvers and pistols of different models.

Brand Stores are Werywin Defence exclusively appointed stores authorized to bill end customers who booked through Werywin website directly, thus unlocking and ensuring continued volume business. The brand stores will have authorized spare parts and accessories of Werywin products with gunsmiths trained directly by Werywin and Smith & Wesson to conduct repairs and accessorize the products

Dealers are required to have a valid license for the sale of arms and ammunition in Form – VIII duly issued by the licensing authority under the Arms Rules, 2016 along with other mandatory documents like GST registration, valid government ID or any documents required to conduct arms and ammunition trading business.
